ATELIA specializes in metal home accessories, decorative objects, and custom metalwork. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean ATELIA, and references to “you” or “your” mean the website visitor or customer.
Products and Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, finishes, and prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
As our products are made from metal, minor variations in finish, texture, colour, or appearance may occur due to materials, manufacturing processes, lighting, and screen settings. Such variations do not necessarily constitute defects.

For custom projects, the final specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, price, and estimated completion time will be confirmed with the customer before production begins
Orders and Payment
Placing an order through our website constitutes a request to purchase the selected products. An order is considered accepted once ATELIA confirms it.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, including in cases of product unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or other legitimate reasons. If payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, any applicable refund will be arranged accordingly.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and delivery details when placing an order. Please review your order information carefully before submitting it.
Payment arrangements and available payment methods will be communicated to the customer at checkout or during order confirmation, as applicable. Orders may be subject to payment verification before processing.

ATELIA arranges delivery according to the delivery options and terms communicated to the customer at checkout or during order confirmation.
Estimated delivery times, where provided, are indicative and may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, order volume, and circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. Additional charges or delays may arise if delivery details are incorrect or the delivery cannot be completed for reasons attributable to the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery may be handled by a third-party courier or delivery provider. ATELIA is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related enquiries.
Any specific delivery charges, service areas, or arrangements will be communicated to the customer before the order is finalized.
Custom Orders
Custom projects are developed according to the dimensions, specifications, materials, finishes, and requirements agreed upon with the customer.
Before production begins, ATELIA will communicate the proposed specifications, price, and estimated completion time for the customer’s approval. Production will begin once the project details and applicable payment arrangements have been confirmed.
Changes requested after approval may affect the price, production schedule, or delivery date. Any significant changes will be discussed with the customer before proceeding.
As custom pieces are made according to individual requirements, their appearance may include minor variations in finish, texture, or colour. We will make reasonable efforts to produce each piece in accordance with the approved specifications.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the dimensions and requirements they provide. ATELIA cannot guarantee that a custom piece will fit or function as intended if the measurements or specifications supplied by the customer are inaccurate.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact ATELIA as soon as possible. Whether a cancellation or change can be accommodated will depend on the status of the order and whether production or dispatch has begun.
For custom projects, cancellation requests made after production has started may be subject to costs already incurred or other applicable terms communicated and agreed upon before production.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order, please contact ATELIA promptly with your order details and, where possible, photographs of the issue so that we can assess the matter.
Any applicable cancellation, return, replacement, or refund will be handled in accordance with the terms communicated for the order and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Intellectual Property
This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially use any website content without prior written permission from the relevant rights holder.
Purchasing an ATELIA product does not transfer ownership of ATELIA’s intellectual property rights in its designs, photographs, branding, or other materials.
If you submit photographs, drawings, or other materials for a custom project, you confirm that you have the right to share them with us for the purpose of discussing and developing your request.
Limitation and Liability
